Flux improving the cleansing action on the base metal, helps remove oxidation and impurities from the metal surface and ensuring better adhesion and a stronger bond when soldering. Silver content affects the melting point and the strength of the solder joint. Requires heat sources, such as oxy-acetylene torches, propane torches, induction heating or even soldering irons, depending on the specific requirements and capabilities of the heat source. Not suitable for use on aluminum. Free from cadmium, making it safer to use and environmentally friendly. Suitable for ferrous (containing iron) and non-ferrous metals. Ideal for steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze and more.
