TS-K green pickling paste for the removal of annealing colors, welding scale and corrosion products in the welding and heat-affected zones of all stainless steel materials. Retains moisture for a longer period, even when applied to surfaces with higher temperatures allowing for better penetration and pickling action. Exhibits a strong pickling action, reducing the time required for the removal of contaminants and scale. Reduced tendency to dry out during application, ensuring that it remains effective for a longer duration. Paste rinses off easily after the pickling process, simplifying the cleaning and preparation of the treated surface. Recommended to remove any contamination, grease and oil from the surface using either acidic cleaners (such as FR-D) or alkaline degreasers (such as AR) before pickling. Paste should be thoroughly stirred and applied evenly using a suitable brush. Neutralized with water after the pickling process with a high-pressure water jet. Consumption rate is estimated at 1 kilogram of pickling paste per 150 to 250 linear meters at a temperature of approximately 25-30ºC. Recommended reaction time for cold-rolled material 1.4301 (304) using MIG or TIG welding technique is about 10 minutes.
