Passivating liquid used to enhance and strengthen the passivation layer on stainless steel surfaces. The passivation layer is a microscopically thin oxide protection layer that contributes to the corrosion resistance of stainless steel. Assists in the formation of a homogenous and dense passivation layer on the stainless steel surface when applied. The passivation layer is crucial for maintaining the corrosion resistance properties of stainless steel. Application done through dipping, spraying or brushing onto the stainless steel surface. Thoroughly rinse the surface with clean water or desalinated water after application. Consumption rate of approximately 6 to 10 square meters per kilogram. The contact time is typically 20 to 30 minutes. Not recommended to be applied to hot surfaces or exposed to high temperatures during the passivation process.
