Cutting and Welding Kit, 15 Piece, designed for precise welding, soldering, brazing and cutting tasks. Kit that comes in a durable polypropylene carry case. Consists of the following: Torch handle to control the flow of gases and to hold the cutting attachment or welding nozzle securely. Cutting attachment for cutting metal and has a cutting capacity of up to 200mm. Mixer, a component that mixes the fuel gas (acetylene) and the oxygen to create a controlled flame for welding or cutting. Single stage oxygen regulator to control the flow and pressure of oxygen from the gas cylinder to the torch. Single stage acetylene regulator to controls the flow and pressure of acetylene from the gas cylinder to the torch. Torch-mounted flashback arrestors (x2) to prevent the flame from traveling back into the hoses and causing an explosion. Cutting nozzle for precision cutting with a thickness of 0.8mm. Swaged welding nozzles (orifice sizes 3, 5 and 7) for various welding applications. 6 Metre twin hose with 3/8″ fittings to connect the gas cylinders to the torch handle, allowing the flow of gases. Goggles for eye protection during welding and cutting operations, shielding the eyes from sparks, UV radiation and debris. Flint lighter to ignite the fuel gas, such as acetylene, to start the welding or cutting process. Nozzle cleaner to remove debris or blockages from the welding or cutting nozzles, ensuring optimal performance. Regulators confirm to EN ISO 2503 cutting torch, EN ISO 5172 flashback arrestors and EN 730 – 1:2002.
