ER308L Stainless steel TIG welding rods designed for welding “18-8” type stainless steel to be used in all positions, orientations and joint configurations. Stainless steel alloys include grades such as 302, 304, 304L (wrought), CF-3 and CF-8 (cast). Processed to provide superior feeding. Produces a deposit that is highly resistant to oxidation and corrosion. Excellent resistance to rust and other forms of corrosion, maintaining their integrity and durability over time. Offers good arc stability, which is important for maintaining control and precision. Grade stamped on rods to indicate grading. Well-suited for joining common austenitic stainless steel grades, which are widely used in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemical processing and architecture.
