Description

Prepack MIG MB36 starter kit designed for use with the MIG torch BNZ 36 and is suitable for all types of MIG welding applications. Consists of 5 x contact tips BNZ 0.8mm x M6, 1 x BNZ 36 shroud, 1 x BNZ 36 gas diffuser and 1 x BNZ 36 tip adaptor. Contact tips are consumable parts that come into direct contact with the welding wire to ensure proper electrical contact and transfer the welding current to the wire (0.8mm). BNZ 36 shroud, also known as a gas nozzle or welding nozzle directs and shapes the shielding gas flow around the welding arc, providing protection to the weld pool from atmospheric contamination. BNZ 36 Tip adaptor is used to secure the contact tip within the torch allowing for reliable wire feeding and electrical conductivity. Gas diffuser is screwed onto the end of the welding torch, distribute the shielding gas evenly around the welding arc, creating a protective atmosphere to prevent oxidation and contamination of the weld. The starter kit includes components that is crucial for ensuring proper functionality and optimal welding performance necessary to get started with MIG welding using the BNZ 36 torch.
