Offers good arc stability, high resistance to contamination and excellent heat resistance. Made from tungsten and contain approximately 2% zirconium oxide (zirconia). Zirconiated tungsten electrodes are non-radioactive and a popular choice for welding aluminum due to their excellent performance.
